Our Sustainable Goals

  • Tree Planting Promise

For every order placed on our website we pledge to plant one tree in return, in order to replace and sustain the trees that we use and that the planet needs. For more information about how this works check out Ecologi who we use to fulfill our pledge.

  • Eco-Friendly Inks

Our products use water-based inks which are non-hazardous and toxin-free, our suppliers also minimise their use of solvent inks, opting for neo pigment or eco solvent inks where possible. While they still contain solvents, they are significantly less hazardous.

  • Sustainably Sourced Paper + Wood

The wood and pulp used in creating our products is sourced from sustainably managed forests. These forests meet the needs of wildlife while supporting livelihoods and providing many other ecosystem services, such as carbon storage and flood risk mitigation.

  • Local Fulfilment

We use printing suppliers/labs around the world in order to produce your order as close to you as possible. By producing products closer to the you, the customer, we significantly reduce carbon emissions from international transport.

  • Plastic-Free

We avoid using plastic in our products wherever possible. Where this isn’t possbile we aim to use environmentally friendly plastics, such as biodegradable OPP bags. When purchasing prints created by our UK suppliers, the packing tubes will also have recycled paper end caps rather than standard plastic ones.

  • Sustainable Suppliers

Our printing suppliers have rigorous procurement processes when working with international printers. Screening for compliance with both fair labour and sustainability standards. They actively seek to work with print labs who use renewable energy over standard grid electricity. All suppliers also provide traceability for all core raw materials used.

Are we doing enough?

As a small business we hope our sustainable goals go some way towards trying to counteract our impact on our environment and planet. However we are constantly looking to improve on this front - if you feel there is something we are not doing which we should be then please contact us below!
